At the beginning of the Spring Term, pupils from years 3-6 travelled to Pembrokshire to visit Carew Castle. This was a great introduction to their new topics - 'How has Wales changed?' and 'Who were the Tudors?' Whilst there, they had the opportunity to learn about Tudor times, especially about Carew's most famous residnet, Sir Rhys ap Thomas, who fought for Henry Tudor during the Battle of Bosworth.
